How much are the processing fees?

Stripe charges 2.9% + 30c in the US per payment. We charge NO additional processing fees.

Is my information safe?

Yes, it's safe. All banking and credit card information is handled securely by Stripe, and never touches our servers.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to TallyDoc and all its features for free for 14 days. This includes real money transactions with processed by Stripe.

Will I get charged after my trial?

Only if you purchase a subscription. When your free trial expires, your account will be put on hold until you purchase a paid subscription. You don't have to remember to cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from our web app. If you're not entirely satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll even refund your first month.

Yes! You can create an invoice using the free invoice builder here.

Make sure your Invoice is saved first. Once the invoice has been saved, click the button that says "Generate PDF". Once the PDF version of the invoice has been created, it will open on the screen where you can download it.

Yes! Sign up for a subscription to start accepting payments. Once your invoice is ready, click the "Send Email" button on the invoice. Your customer will recieve an email with a link to pay. Once the invoice is paid, you will be notified and paid out soon after.
