How much are the processing fees?

TallyDoc doesn’t process payments or take a commission on what you collect. Your customers pay through your own connected provider (Stripe, PayPal, Square, or QuickBooks), and each provider sets its own processing fees. TallyDoc simply matches those payments back to your invoices.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Payment details are handled directly by your connected provider (Stripe, PayPal, Square, or QuickBooks) and never touch our servers. TallyDoc only stores the encrypted connection it needs to match payments to your invoices.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the “Subscription” tab in your dashboard, and you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. Questions about a refund? Just reach out to support.

TallyDoc is invoicing software that helps entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses create estimates and invoices, and accept payments online.

Sign up for an account. Add a customer using the Customer link in the left column. Once your customer is created, navigate to the Invoices section using the navigation menu in the left column. Click the button that says "New" and select your customer from the drop-down menu.

Yes! You can create an invoice using the free invoice maker here.

Make sure your Invoice is saved first. Once the invoice has been saved, click the button that says "Generate PDF". Once the PDF version of the invoice has been created, it will open on the screen where you can download it. (PDF esimates can be created the same way)

Yes! Connect your own Stripe, PayPal, Square, or QuickBooks account, then send your invoice by email. Your customer pays you directly through your connected provider — TallyDoc never holds the funds or takes a commission. When the payment clears, TallyDoc automatically matches it to the invoice and marks it paid.

Yes! Connect your QuickBooks Online company and TallyDoc can create customers, service items, and invoices in QuickBooks for you, then read their status to know when you’ve been paid. You can disconnect anytime from your Intuit account settings or from within TallyDoc.
